Scott provides his clients with representation in the broad spectrum of corporate and business matters. He assists individual and business clients in corporate and limited liability company formation; the preparation of shareholder and limited liability company agreements; employment and independent contractor agreements; non-disclosure, confidentiality and non-competition agreements; and, management and other forms of business agreements. Scott has assisted clients in multi-million dollar stock and asset based acquisitions and sales, and in resolving shareholder and limited liability member disputes. Scott routinely counsels his clients in the structure and operation of their businesses and advises his business clients on corporate governance and the variety of issues that arise in the business ownership and operation. Scott also serves as outside “in-house” counsel for several of his clients.
